  As a regular stayer today i was ganged up on by house keepin n muppet behind desk tellin me i had been smokin in room which i hadnt n was charged 25pound. The so called manager was a joke an very un professional. Its not the money im mad at it was the fact i stay there every week n was made to look like a liar.house keepin didnt do there job rite the day b4 was sloppey n i got the blame.if u dnt want t b bullied an called a liar n except that there housekeepin dnt do there job i woildnt stay here.its a joke hotel. They say there doin it up but they should get rid of there staff.joke hotel
